Your website is in essence your shop window. How it looks and what it contains reflects on you. It should go without saying that an educational establishment should not have a website that contains spelling errors (they do) or an attraction should not feature photographs that are off-putting (they do). Your website requires content that includes text, video and graphics. This is your shop window and should attract potential clients. Perhaps your website could do with an overhaul? If so then we can analyse your site and enhance its potential. We use a lot of tools to do this; they range from spell checks to reviewing text and video content. We might suggest that you rephrase passages so that they are clear and to the point. We may suggest edits so that the reader is not overwhelmed with material. We may suggest phrasing that could be entertaining or more approachable. It should go without saying that a reader expects a certain gravitas from bank website but would not mind a quirky typeface for a bowling ball home page. It should also go without saying that a website that caters for overseas clients (that may not have English as a first language) should be readable with clarity front and centre. Are there graphics that can replace textual components? Are there photographs that capture the essence of your company instead of dry text?
